Your first appointment always includes a discussion about your oral health. Once we understand your dental history, goals, and concerns, we’re able to create a personalized treatment plan that works for you and addresses your needs. It’s simply the right way to do things!
Convenient payment
We’re pleased to direct bill most insurance companies, because that makes things so much easier for our patients. Should there be a balance owing, we accept major credit cards, debit, and cash—whatever works best for you. Our goal is to make payment easy, so you can focus on your health.

It’ll save some time during your first visit if you’re able to complete and print out the below health history form before arriving. This will help us get to know you faster, understand your needs better, and make the most of your appointment. It’ll only take a few minutes!
